Great work with lots of potential! I love the Sabrina (the animated series) vibes! The shading's very good, though I'd recommend changing the hue slightly when shading. I forget the name of the technique, but its something that's helped. Also do some light study of anatomy to help the piece seem more concrete. Nothing serious, just find out the relative size and distance for various body parts. That's what I did and it help me alot.
